Good will ultimately triumph and create a paradise for the followers of Christ. People who believe in inerrancy think that the Bible does not merely contain the Word of God, but every word of it is, because of verbal inspiration, the direct, immediate word of God. The Bible itself does not claim to be inerrant. The Bible is infallible if and only if it makes no false or misleading statements on any matter of faith and practice." The Bible does not prove anything. It is just an account of events, some rules to live by, and some prophecies. The way to prove it is to test it against other sources, from for instance archaeology, linguistics, geology, or other historical sources, and see whether they corroborate each other or not. It is the apostles and their successors who have the God-given authority to interpret the New Testament when its books are first written and then ultimately compiled.
